Placing an order means accepting these terms. The final conditions shown inside the bot at checkout take priority.

1. Service nature

Kite Seen provides ordering tools for numerical Telegram views, reactions and poll votes. It does not guarantee genuine audience acquisition, sales, revenue or organic growth.

2. User responsibility

The user is responsible for the legality of the destination and compliance with Telegram rules, local law, and any contest or poll policy.

3. Payments and coins

Coins are internal bot credit. The English price is displayed as $0.30 per 1,000 coins, while the Persian version displays 450 toman. The final bot amount applies.

4. Cancellation and returns

When cancellation is available and approved, only unused coins return to the bot balance. Cash refunds are not issued for cancelled orders.

5. Telegram changes

Telegram technical changes, restrictions or analytics calculations are outside Kite Seen control and may affect delivery timing or results.

6. Security information

Users must not send Telegram login codes, two-step passwords, session files, bot tokens or other sensitive credentials. Standard services do not require them.
